Since his childhood, Randhir had a liking for fresh and colourful vegetables, and the Indian herbs like coriander, mint and curry leaves had caught his attention through their distinctive aroma and flavour. Wanting to always explore more about them, he made his first vegetable cheese sandwich at a very young age and was captivated by it. This ignited a fire in his young mind to venture out more into the field of cooking at a very young age.
Randhir Tiwari was called one of the “Most Innovative Cook.” during his time initial days in the field as a chef in Delhi’s five-star Hyatt Regency.
At the Hyatt Regency, he covered cuisines varying from various parts of the world through top class speciality restaurants he worked in like Italian, Lebanese, Indian, Oriental Teppanyaki etc. During the opening of night club djinns at Hyatt he developed a special interest for Mediterranean food, This exposure gave him understanding of global cuisine.
